Located in Modesto California, this program is an exceptional opportunity for newly graduated physical therapists aiming to specialize in Orthopedic Physical Therapy.   About the Program:   Our 15-month, compensated residency at Golden Bear Physical Therapy is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, blending clinical practice with an academic framework. The program aims to cultivate the next generation of leaders in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, offering a unique blend of mentorship and hands-on experience. Work following your residency program as a staff physical therapist, mentor and faculty member in Therapy Partners Group University as you complete the work back component of the program for the next 15 mos.   Program Highlights:   Mentorship from Industry Experts: Engage in over 150 hours of direct mentorship under the guidance of Board Certified Orthopedic and Sports Clinical Specialists. Comprehensive Educational Experience: Your educational journey will be combining clinical practice, observation opportunities, and structured didactic learning.
